AWT Support is not responsible for malicious third party requests for remote support using our website. Portals, logins, and gateways accessed on may not be property of or in control of AWT Support. Such website elements are present for convenience purposes only and are usable and exploitable by any individual with a computer and an internet connection.

Unique support keys are available to be sent by email upon request. Please be aware that the send from address should be (see example photo below). If any other email domain is shown do NOT trust the key or the sender.
