The rest of the system was fine and there was even a power light on for my keyboard but it wouldn't work.  After some discussion they suggested the while system needed to be rebooted.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 9/13/23 (reply):  thank YOU!!! AWT knows their stuff - I bought a COMPLETE refurb that works perfectly...AT THE RIGHT PRICE!!!! I am a little more of an early-bird than they are, BUT they're open until 7pm so it's all good.  HOWEVER, at the time I was having a self-inflicted computer crisis and they were even willing to either stay later or come in earlier the next day to accommodate me. They're located in downtown Rockwall and worth ANY trek.  I will most def use them again; I will take ALL my electronics to them for whatev. Thank you again, AWT.
