How do I check on a repair ticket status?

For in-store repair services on phones, computers, or other electronics, contact the store directly.

You may have enabled SMS text updates which enables you to simply text* us your inquiry and a technician will respond as quickly as possible.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Warranty claims can only be fulfilled in-store with a customer service representative.

Feel free to give us a call before your visit to fill us in on all the details. This way we can tell you more about what to expect given your specific situation, and we can be prepared for prompt service when you arrive.

Can I pay an invoice online?

Yes, you can!

If your invoice was emailed to you, there will be a link in the email to pay online with a credit card using our secure payment portal.

Alternatively, you can sign in to your Client Portal to make payments and view open invoices.

We accept most payment methods. Contact us to ask about other options.

How do I access my Client Portal?

Client Portals are currently only being provided upon email request.
